How many people did suffer from asthma?
We can't avoid death and it comes in a way by surprise. Death can be subtle and fearful. But if you are not afraid of death then you are not afraid of asthma. Let us be alert and know some facts about asthma.

- symptoms regarding asthma are wheezing, chest tightness, coughing and shortness of breath

- maternal smoking can also be a cause of asthma
- blue color of the skin is another sign of asthma attack
- over-inflation in the chest is another sign of asthma
- low air quality and pollutions are also associated with asthma
- viral respiratory infections may also lead to asthma
- colds may be related also to asthma as it always go to the chest
- asthma is said to be not contagious but hereditary
- swimming can help asthmatic person
- as of now, asthma is incurable
- excessive exercise worsen asthma
- dust and animal hairs can worsen asthma
- tobacco, mold, changes in weather and laughing or crying hard worsen asthma, too
- over fatigued can worsen asthma, too
- last of all, you can die because of asthma

I have asthma and I use Salbutamol and Corticosteriod tablet for medication.
